1. The merchandise shop is open at each rally day 30 minutes prior to the start of gear check and closes at the commencement of troop drill.
2. Look in the for sale section of the website for second hand garments as often the children out grow their shirts and jumpers before they wear them out. If you don’t want to sell the clothes yourself, they can be donated to the FHPC, and added to the clothing pool.
3. The uniform changes from summer to winter and back at the same time as the schools. So the easy way to remember what to wear to pony club is ask “are schools wearing summer or winter uniform”.
4. At all Pony Club competitionszone (except sporting & Mounted Games) you need to wear your long sleeve shirt and white tie uniform.
5. Most State Events have merchandise for sale and these are suitable to wear at informal training sessions.

UNIFORM ESSENTIAL - Woollen Jumper |

The brown woollen jumper embroidered with Club logo in white is part of the formal uniform. It is worn with the shirt and tie during Term 2 and Term 3 for Rally Days and for all competitions. Available from the clothing shop at Forest Hills Pony Club.

The brown Polo Shirt with Club logo embroidered in white is part of the Summer uniform. It is worn during Term 1 and Term 4 for Rally Days and for some competitions (ie Sporting, Mounted Games, Showjumping and the Cross Country Phase of Eventing). Available from the clothing shop at Forest Hills Pony Club.

UNIFORM ESSENTIAL - Brown Shirt & Tie |

The brown collared Shirt and white tie are part of the formal uniform. It is worn during Term 2 and Term 3 for Rally Days and for all competitions. The brown woollen jumper may be worn over the top for smartness and warmth. Both the brown shirts and white ties are available from the clothing shop at Forest Hills Pony Club.

OPTIONAL UNIFORM - Fleecy |

The brown and cream fleecy with Club logo embroidered in white is used in conjunction with the formal uniforms. It can be worn over the jumper/shirt in the colder months for Rally Days and informal competitions. With the zip up necks, these are great for extra warmth when you are not allowed to wear scarves! Many of our parents also purchase these as they are both comfortable and practical around the horses! Available at the clothing shop at Forest Hills Pony Club.

This great 2 ring binder has a suede finish with the Forest Hills Logo embossed into it. All members doing their C certificate or higher are required to keep a log book of their equine activities and events. This makes a smart presentation and is a great keepsake of your Pony Club days. "Riding" or the "green" book, as it is commonly known, is a must for all Pony Clubbers. It explains the correct procedure for all Pony Club exercises from tying your pony to a fence to lungeing him before you ride. An excellent book for parents to "brush up" on their knowledge, particularly if you would like to take our instructors course. In paperback style only. The PCA Handbook or "Blue Book", as it is commonly known, is a tombe of information. Presented in a small ring binder style, it has over 500 pages divided into 15 sections covering rules, measurements, setup and equipement for all Pony Club actiivties.
